Fulfillment Policy for Agent 365 .IO

1. Overview ​

These policies will aid users in determining how Agency Within Agent 365.io CRM fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe. 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. 

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. 

At Agent 365.io, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

  • If a customer cancels their subscription within the initial 14 days of purchase (applicable only to first-time customers).

  • If there is a verifiable technical issue on our end that renders the service unusable, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • Charges for any customizations or add-on services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Refunds are not provided for unused portions of monthly or annual subscriptions after the initial 14-day period.

2.3 Requesting a Refund

Customers must submit a refund request by emailing crm@mlbenefitsco.com. Please include the following:

  • Order or subscription ID.

  • Reason for the refund request.

  • Any supporting documentation, if applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the user dashboard or by contacting support. However:

  • Monthly subscriptions will not be refunded or prorated for the remaining period of the month.

  • Annual subscriptions will be prorated only if canceled within the first 14 days.

3.2 Termination Due to Policy Violation

Agent 365 CRM reserves the right to terminate subscriptions without notice for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

4. Changes to This Policy Agent 365 CRM reserves the right to modify or update this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
